What happens now

Confirmation email Within a few minutes you will receive a summary of your stay with dates, amounts and terms. Check your spam folder too, just in case.
Martina gets in touch Before your arrival she will message you with everything you need for check-in, plus tips to make the most of NoLo.
Keyless self check-in from 4pm No keys to pick up: you let yourself in with the code you receive before arrival. Check-out by 11am.

Verify your identity

For check-in we are legally required to report guests’ ID details (Alloggiati registration). Complete the verification now: it only takes an ID document and a selfie, the process is secure and handled by Stripe. Only the guest who booked needs to do this.
